Trivia

With the taste of the Blazers-Sonix (how you like that one?) fresh in your mouth from last night, riddle me this:

Who was the last player to score 40 points or more in a Sonics-Blazers game?

Hint: Mark Bryant is not a correct answer.

Answer after the jump.

On January 5, 2004, Seattle' Ray Allen poured in 42 points in a 119-108 win over the Blazers at KeyArena. In an even more shocking development, Calvin Booth hit 5 of 6 shots, blocked 4 shots, and helped the Sonics hold Rasheed Wallace to 5 of 15 shooting. Now that's amazing.

I truly have no idea but I'll go with the obvious and say Payton or Allen for the Supes, or maybe Wallace for the Blazers.

Was it Rashard Lewis or Ray Allen? You could give us some additional hints like about how long ago it was. Is the player still active? It could even be Kevin Durant ... or was it a Blazer like Brandon Roy or Zach Randolph? If none of the above, please help us out with this.

I seem to remember Rashard posting 50 against the Blazers a couple years ago. It could have been against someone else though.
